It Started at Home.
HomeSchool PlayLab was born from a simple, personal mission: to provide the best possible education for our own daughter. As a homeschooling family here in Argyle, we spent years searching for a program that balanced high-level academic expectations with the holistic care a child needs to thrive.
When we couldn't find a boutique center that met our standards for our 6-year-old daughter — currently in 1st grade — we decided to build it ourselves. We care for our students with the same intentionality, rigor, and love that we provide for our own child.

HomeSchool PlayLab is led by Rakesh and Nitisha Sharma, a husband-and-wife team bringing a world-class, multicultural approach to North Texas.
- Diverse Perspective: British Citizens, U.S. Permanent Residents, and of Indian origin, bridging the best of three global academic traditions.
- Academic Depth: Both hold Double Master’s Degrees, ensuring every lesson is grounded in deep academic mastery.
- Professional Power: A combined 40+ years of global corporate experience.
- Entrepreneurial Drive: Rakesh Sharma is a seasoned entrepreneur who teaches students to see math as a tool for real-world innovation.
