Welcome to HomeSchool PlayLab. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website www.homeschoolplaylab.com and our educational services. HomeSchool PlayLab is a registered name of Academeer Inc.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or registering for our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Nature of Services

HomeSchool PlayLab is a boutique homeschool learning center.

  • Not a School or Daycare: We are NOT a registered school, nor are we a licensed child care facility or daycare. We provide supplemental educational support and enrichment for homeschooling families.
  • Session Duration: Each learning session lasts strictly for 75 minutes. Parents are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up within this timeframe.

3. Description of Services

HomeSchool PlayLab provides educational support, learning center access, and community programs for homeschool families. Services are provided at our locations in Denton and Argyle, Texas.

4. Registration and Accounts

When you register for a class or program, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.

5. Payment, Refunds, and Cancellation

  • Fees: All fees for classes must be paid in advance unless otherwise stated.
  • Refunds: We do not offer refunds once you have paid and registered for a program.
  • Cancellation: A strict 30-day notice is required for all cancellations.

6. Photo and Video Release

By participating in programs at HomeSchool PlayLab, you grant Academeer Inc. the right to take photographs and/or video recordings of you and your student(s) for promotional or educational purposes. You may opt-out by providing written notice to hello@homeschoolplaylab.com.

7. Code of Conduct

To ensure a safe learning environment, all students and parents are expected to follow our safety and behavior guidelines. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for violations.

8. Intellectual Property

The content on our website and educational materials are the property of Academeer Inc. and protected by copyright laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

HomeSchool PlayLab and Academeer Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services or attendance at our locations.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas.
