Welcome to our community! HomeSchool PlayLab is a boutique homeschool learning center (registered name of Academeer Inc.) designed to support your family's educational journey.

📍 Location & Convenience

  • Learning Center: The Grove Church, 825 Sam Davis Rd, Argyle, TX 76226
  • Regional Access: Our Argyle center is conveniently located just off I-35, providing quick and easy access for families in Argyle, Northlake, Double Oak, Flower Mound, Denton, Corinth, Roanoke, Trophy Club, Westlake, and Highland Village.

⭐ Exclusivity & Class Size

  • Limited Admission: To ensure a personalized and high-quality experience, we strictly limit each session to only 10 students.
  • Availability: Spots are highly limited and admission is granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

📅 Calendar & Holidays

HomeSchool PlayLab operates year-round from September through August. We are closed for all National and Texas State holidays, including:

  • Labor Day
  • Columbus Day / Indigenous Peoples' Day
  • Veterans Day
  • Thanksgiving (Thursday & Friday)
  • Christmas & Winter Break: Closed from December 23rd through January 2nd.
  • Martin Luther King Jr. Day
  • Presidents' Day
  • Texas Independence Day (March 2)
  • San Jacinto Day (April 21)
  • Memorial Day
  • Juneteenth
  • Independence Day (July 4)
  • LBJ's Birthday (August 27)

⏰ Session Duration

  • Each session lasts strictly 75 minutes.
  • Please ensure timely drop-off and pick-up as we are not a daycare or full-day school.

🔒 Safety & Security

  • Secure Facility: We utilize the secure facilities at The Grove Church.
  • Sign-In/Out: A parent or authorized guardian must sign students in and out for every session.
  • Discipline: Students are expected to follow staff instructions and respect the church property.

💰 Payments & Cancellations

  • Payment: All fees must be paid in advance to secure your student's spot.
  • No Refunds: We do not offer refunds once registration and payment are complete.
  • Cancellation: A strict 30-day written notice is required to cancel your enrollment.
